McGee Home Builders is a family-run business. Matt McGee and his father, Tom McGee, have been working in construction for over 23 years. They have built homes in North Augusta and Aiken, including River Club, River North, Woodside Plantation, Spring Stone, Cornerstone, and South Meadows subdivisions.

Matt and his wife Kelly both graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1989 with bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration. They have three children, Hannah, Jordan, and Josh. Tom and his wife, Carole, both live in North Augusta.

We are a member of the Aiken County Home Builders Association, The National Home Builders Association, the North Augusta Chamber of Commerce, and Guild Quality.
We believe that Aiken County is a wonderful place to live. It is an attractive community that provides a number of educational, recreational, religious, and shopping facilities. It is a great place to retire or to raise children. We feel a strong responsibility to our customers and our community.
